Instructions
Heat oil in pan add onion and garlic till translucent add bell pepper cook for while . Set aside to cool.
Take mince beef in a large bowl. Add vegetable mixture and egg, bread crumb in mince Season with salt and pepper Mix well.
Make it big balls of mixture and flatten them by palm into a round in shape or as your burger size.
Place the patties on the preheated griller cook from the both side until tender and golden brown in colour.
Drain extra oil using absorbent paper and keep aside.
How to arrange
Cut the burger bun into the half then apply butter and toast them in the salamander or tawa
Then place the and mutton patty and sauté onion slices on the burger bottom.
Put lollo rosso lettuce then tomato slice, and gherkin on the burger head.
Serve hot with french fries and Tomato Ketchup.
