Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom sauté for half a minute.
Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste continue to sauté then add mushroom fry for one minutes, stirring continuously. Add all spices. Stirring continuously add tomato chopped and tomato puree and stir.
Cook till oil separates from the masala. Add half cup of water. Add paneer . Cook on low flame cook on a till and mushroom are fully cooked.
