- 4 no Hard boiled eggs
- 1 no Chopped Onion
- 2 no Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 no Red Chili Whole
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp garam Masala
- 3 Tbsp Cream
- 1 cup Water
- Salt To Taste
- Few Ginger Julienne For Garnish
- Few Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish
- 3 Tbsp Oil
Heat oil a pan add boiled eggs shallow fry for 1- 2 minute keep it aside
Heat Oil In A Pan add Bay Leaves, Cloves, Red Chilies Sauté, For Half Minute.
Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste and continue to sauté for one to two minutes, stirring continuously. Add all spices. Stirring continuously add tomato chopped and tomato puree
Cook till oil separates from the spices . Add half cup of water. Cook covered on low heat for two to three minutes. Add hard boiled eggs add cream and butter mix lightly Remove from heat
Serve Hot, Garnished With Coriander Leaves
