Instructions
Heat oil in pan sauté till onions are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir continues add all spices then cook till oil separates from the masala
then add the mutton mince, fry for few minute till mince turn color
Tomato puree and water and the salt, fry for about 10 minutes, till the mince is well cooked,. Cook on medium heat till the mince is tender.
Add peas, cover, and simmer on low heat for two minute add coriander chopped
served hot garnish with ginger julienne and coriander leaves.
