Instructions
Heat oil in pan add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon mutton in a non stick pan. Fry till mutton turn into brown add four cups of water, cover and cook till meat is tender.
Heat oil in a fry pan. Red chili whole and sauté for half a minute. Add onions, sauté till onions are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir continues
add tomato puree add all spices cook till oil separates from the masala then add mutton. Adjust seasonings
served hot and garnish with coriander leaves
