  • 4 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs thoroughly in a mixing bowl with milk, salt and pepper
  • melt butter in nonstick pan Don’t allow the butter to brown
  • pour egg mixture into pan. cook and stir continue with a wooden spoon , “lifting, pulling, folding from the heat” until eggs are closely set about 1- 2 minute..
  • Serve hot immediately
