- 1 kg Cottage cheese
- 2 cup Assorted peppers
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
- 4 no Slit green chili
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes julienne
- 1 cup Onion julienne
- 1 cup Tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Red Chili powder
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- ¼ cup Tomato Puree
- Salt
- ¼ tsp Kasoori Methi
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- 2 tbsp Refined oil
heat the oil put cumin seed ,slit green chili ,ginger julienne add onion chopped sauté till golden brown then add tomato chopped and tomato puree ,
then add all spices cook till spices leaves oil then add julienne of cottage cheese and tomato julienne saute it gently at last add fresh coriander served Hot
