  • 1 kg Cottage cheese
  • 2 cup Assorted peppers
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  • 4 no Slit green chili
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes julienne
  • 1 cup Onion julienne
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Red Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ cup Tomato Puree
  • Salt
  • ¼ tsp Kasoori Methi
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Refined oil

Instructions
 

  • heat the oil put cumin seed ,slit green chili ,ginger julienne add onion chopped sauté till golden brown then add tomato chopped and tomato puree ,
  • then add all spices cook till spices leaves oil then add julienne of cottage cheese and tomato julienne saute it gently at last add fresh coriander served Hot
