Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup mixed boiled vegetables french beans, carrots, coliflower
  • 1 cup three pepper capsicum
  • 2 No onions Chopped
  • 2 no tomatoes Chopped
  • 3 No green chillies
  • 1 Tsp ginger Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp coriander
  • ½ cup tomato Puree
  • 1 Tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  • 1 No Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp ghee
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and coriander separately.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan and Sauté onions till golden.
  • Now add the tomatoes, chillies, ginger and coriander and fry for at least 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomato puree chilli powder, sugar, salt Cook till masala leaves oil then add boiled vegetables and capsicum mix well Sprinkle with Kasoori methi And lemon juice
  • served hot garnish coriander leaves and ginger julienne
