Ingredients
  

  • For Marinade Paneer Tikka
  • 500 gm paneer cube
  • ¼ Cup Hang Curd
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili
  • 1/2 tsp garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 no lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil

Instructions
 

  • To Make The Tikkas Combine All The Ingredients For The Marinade And Whisk Well.
  • Dip Paneer Cubes In The Marinade paste And keep it Aside
  • To Marinate For Half An Hour, Preferably In The Refrigerator. Thread The Marinated Paneer Cubes Onto Skewers
  • Put Into Tandoor Or Make It Roast In Oven for 7 to 10 minutes at 230 or 240 degree Celsius Do not cook for a long time as then paneer cubes becomes hard
  • Remove paneer from Skewers and then place in bowl Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice tossed well
  • Serve paneer tikka with mint chutney and onion rings with lemon wedges
