Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Mince
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp fried garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp green chili chopped
  • ½ tsp chopped green coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp oil.
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 no whole lemon
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze mutton mince in a dry cloth to remove excess water
  • Mix all the above ingredients except oil and lemon. Mix and kneed well.
  • Take one portion of mince Spread the mince on to the skewers, using a wet hand. Press evenly to get kebabs of five to seven inches length.
  • Roast in a hot tandoor cook or oven a pre-heated oven 175c to 200c for 10 minutes.
  • Baste with oil and roast again till done
  • take out from skewer cut into the desire shape toss with lemon juice and chat masala
  • served hot with lemon onion rings and green chutney
