Ingredients
  

  • For marination
  • 1 kg fish surmai (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 no lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • For gravy
  • 2 kg basmari rice cooked
  • 3 no onion slice
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Other ingredients
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp ginger julienne's
  • 1 no lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • Pinch cardamom
  • Pinch clove powder
  • Pinch cinnamon powder
  • ½ gm saffron
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinated (mix) the fish fillets in a bowl, with ginger and garlic paste lemon juice and curd little mustard oil keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan add onions slice. Fry the onions till golden then add the ginger garlic paste., add marinated fish and dry spicy cook on slow flam fry well in the mixture till oil separates.
  • Add saffron hot water, now gravy is medium thick in consistency. take out some gravy from the pan
  • Arrange a layer rice on the top of gray. Sprinkle half mint, coriander, kewra, rose water saffron, green chili chopped , garam masala powder, .
  • Arrange the remaining gravy followed by the remaining rice. then Cover with lid Cover the pan cook for while on very slow flame don t get burn
  • served hot and onion salad
