Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms boneless mutton curry cut
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 3-4 no green cardamoms
  • 2 no cloves
  • 1 no cinnamon stick
  • 2 no black cardamoms
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbls oil
  • 2 no onions
  • 4 no red chilies whole
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped `

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon mutton in a non stick pan. Fry till mutton turn into brown add four cups of water, cover and cook till meat is tender.
  • Heat oil in a fry pan. Red chili whole and sauté for half a minute. Add onions, sauté till onions are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir continues
  • add tomato puree add all spices cook till oil separates from the masala then add mutton. Adjust seasonings
  • served hot and garnish with coriander leaves
