Place the fish fillets in a bowl, with lemon juice, salt, half of red chili powder For batter
Place the refined flour in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder, red chili powder, chilled water egg , mint and coriander powder . Mix well. Make it smooth batter
Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Dip the fillets in the batter and deep fry till lightly browned and crisp on the low heat. Place them on an strainer then on the butter pepper
Served with lemon slice and chili sauce or mint chutney
