Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 3 no Red Chili Whole Slant Cut
  • 2 no Cloves
  • 1 no Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Chana Dal Roasted
  • 5 no Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 no Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Cup Water
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash And Soak Rice In Water For 20 Minutes. Drain And Keep It Aside.
  • Heat The Oil In A Pot Add Cloves, Bay Leaf, Sauté For A Few Second And Then Add The Rice And Sauté For Four To Five Minutes.
  • Add The Water And Salt Cover With A Lid And Cook Till The Rice Is Done.
  • Heat The Oil In Fry Pan Add Ginger ,Grated Mustard Seeds And Red Whole Chili Cook For Few Second .Add Chana Dal, And Curry Leaves Cook For Minute.
  • Add Turmeric Powder A Cook On A Slow Flame For 1 To 2 Minutes, While Stirring Continuously.
  • Add Rice Squeeze Lemon Juice And Salt On The Rice Mix Well Serve Hot
