Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm lamb minced
  • 350 gm penne
  • ½ no Onions fine small dice
  • 1 tbsp celery fine small dice
  • 1 tbsp Carrots fine small dice
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Thyme rosemary, (fine chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • For flavor Bay leaf peppercorn, clove

Instructions
 

  • Blanched the penne pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, drain, cool it down and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in pot add bay leaf and crushed black pepper corn, garlic, onion, celeriac, carrot, Cook until translucent then
  • add minced lamb cook for 1- 2 minute deglaze with Red wine then add Tomato puree Stir continuously
  • add stock salt and pepper to pot and cover it,Reduce heat and simmer until meat is properly cooked, stir occasionally.
  • Now toss pasta in sauce, adjust seasoning and cook for 1 to 2 minutes served hot
