Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms paneer
  • 1 no capsicum julienne
  • 1 no onion julienne
  • 1 tsp coriander seed
  • 4 no whole red chilies
  • 2 no green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 no tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Paneer and capsicum cut into long strips.( julienne )
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and red chili whole add onions and sauté till translucent. Add capsicum , ginger and garlic paste. Cook for 30 second
  • add tomato chopped and tomato puree and all spices and stir. Cook till oil separates from the masala .
  • Now add paneer cook for few minute

Notes

Garnish with coriander and ginger julienne.
