Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms paneer crumbled
  • 1 to tomato chopped
  • 1 no onion chopped
  • 1 no green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp ghee butter
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the paneer and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds for 30 second add onions. Till ,translucent, add chopped ginger and chilly cook for for 15-20 seconds.
  • Then add tomatoes cook for while now add all the spices . Fry for 30 seconds. Add water
  • Now add the crumbled paneer along with coriander leaves and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander
