How to make Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Julienne
  • 2 no Tomato Dice
  • 1 no No Green Chili Slant Cut
  • 2 no Cloves
  • 1 no Cinnamon -Inch Piece
  • 1 no Bay Leaf
  • 1 no Star Anise
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 Cup Water
  • ½ cup Small Carrot Dice
  • 1/4 cup Beans Dice
  • ¼ Cup Green Pease

Instructions
 

  • Wash And Soak Rice In Water For 20 Minutes. Drain And Keep It Aside.
  • Heat The Oil In A Pot Add Cloves, Cinnamon And Star Anise Bay- Leaf, Sauté For A Few Second And Then Add Cumin Seeds, Green Chili And Ginger Julienne When The Seeds Is Splutters.
  • Add Carrot, Beans, Green Pease And Cauliflower. Add The Rice And Sauté For Four To Five Minutes.
  • Add The Water And Salt Cover With A Lid And Cook Till The Rice Is Done.
