  • 500 gms Chicken Pieces
  • 1 no Onions Dice
  • 200 gm Onion Chop
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Gms Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 no Whole Red Chili
  • 2 no Clove
  • 1 no Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 no Bay leaf
  • 2 no Green Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1-1/2 Water
  • 150 gms Ghee or oil
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean The Chicken Remove The Skin And Cut Into Small Pieces.
  • Marinate The Cleaned Chicken Pieces With Salt, 1/2 Red Chili Powder 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste Red Chili Powder Keep It Aside For 30 Minutes.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, And Green Cardamoms And Sauté For Half A Minute ,
  • Add Chopped Onions Fry Till Golden then add Dice onion, Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • Then Add The Chicken Pieces Continue To Sauté For Minutes, Stirring Continuously And Add The Tomato Puree, and all spices Keep Stirring On Low Flame For A While And Fry Well spices Separates from Oil .
  • Add Water, Bring To A Boil, Cover And Cook Till The Chicken Is Fully Done.
  • Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
