Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm mince chicken
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 no fine chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 3 no green chilli
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 no big black cardamom
  • 1 no chopped green chili
  • tsp coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • few ginger julienne
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan sauté till onions are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir continues add all spices then cook till oil separates from the masala then
  • Add the chicken mince, tomato puree and water and the salt, fry for about 10 minutes, till the chicken mince is well cooked,. Cook on medium heat till the mince is tender.,
  • cover, and simmer on low heat for two two minute add coriander chopped garnish with ginger julienne serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
