  • 400 Gm Chicken
  • 2 no Onions Chopped
  • 1 no Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Corn
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed Ground Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean The Chicken Remove The Skin And Cut Into Small Pieces.
  • Marinate The Cleaned Chicken Pieces With Salt, 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste Crushed Black Pepper Keep It Aside For 30 Minutes.
  • Roast The Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds In Oven Or Pan Grind To A Powder
  • Heat Oil In A Pan Add Mustard Seed And Fry Until Seeds Splutter. Add Onion And Stir-Fry For Thirty Seconds And Add Ginger Paste And Garlic Paste.
  • Add Chicken Cook For Another Thirty Seconds. Add All Spices And Tomatoes. Cook Till spices Leaves The oil
  • Mix And Cook For 1 Minutes And Then Add Water and Salt Allow chicken To Cook till Chicken Is Well Cooked,
  • Garnish With Coriander Leaves. Black Pepper Corn
