Instructions
Clean The Chicken Remove The Skin And Cut Into Small Pieces.
Marinate The Cleaned Chicken Pieces With Salt, 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste Crushed Black Pepper Keep It Aside For 30 Minutes.
Roast The Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds In Oven Or Pan Grind To A Powder
Heat Oil In A Pan Add Mustard Seed And Fry Until Seeds Splutter. Add Onion And Stir-Fry For Thirty Seconds And Add Ginger Paste And Garlic Paste.
Add Chicken Cook For Another Thirty Seconds. Add All Spices And Tomatoes. Cook Till spices Leaves The oil
Mix And Cook For 1 Minutes And Then Add Water and Salt Allow chicken To Cook till Chicken Is Well Cooked,
Garnish With Coriander Leaves. Black Pepper Corn
