Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm paneer cubes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 no chopped onion
  • 2 no chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander whole
  • 2 no red chili whole
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Few ginger julienne for garnish
  • Few chopped coriander leaves for garnish
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan add coriander whole, bay leaves, cloves, red chilies sauté, for half minute.
  • Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste continue to sauté for one minutes, add tomato chopped and tomato puree add all spices.
  • Stirring continuously cook till oil separates from the spices. Add half cup of water and green peas . Cook covered on low heat for two to three minutes.
  • add paneer pieces sprinkle kasoori methi ,cream and butter and mix in lightly. Remove from heat and mix in cream.
  • serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves
