Mix mutton pieces with hung curd, half of ginger, garlic paste and red chili powder
Heat oil in pan. Add cinnamon, cloves and green cardamoms and sauté for half a minute put chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again for about one minutes.
Add all the masala powder cook till oil separates from the masala. Now add mutton with the marinade paste and stir fry, fry till mutton turn into brown
then add sufficient amount of water and cook till almost tender add tomato gravy adjust seasoning. Cook for few minute .now gravy is medium thick in consistency.
