Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg mutton
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 no onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 ½ tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 5 no cloves
  • 3 no green cardamom
  • 5 no cinnamon sticks
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix mutton pieces with hung curd, half of ginger, garlic paste and red chili powder
  • Heat oil in pan. Add cinnamon, cloves and green cardamoms and sauté for half a minute put chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again for about one minutes.
  • Add all the masala powder cook till oil separates from the masala. Now add mutton with the marinade paste and stir fry, fry till mutton turn into brown
  • then add sufficient amount of water and cook till almost tender add tomato gravy adjust seasoning. Cook for few minute .now gravy is medium thick in consistency.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
