Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm minced meat
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 no fine chopped onion
  • 250 gm peas
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 3 no green chilli
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 no big black cardamom
  • 1 no chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp coriander chopped
  • Few ginger julienne
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan sauté till onions are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste stir continues add all spices then cook till oil separates from the masala
  • then add the mutton mince, fry for few minute till mince turn color
  • Tomato puree and water and the salt, fry for about 10 minutes, till the mince is well cooked,. Cook on medium heat till the mince is tender.
  • Add peas, cover, and simmer on low heat for two minute add coriander chopped
  • served hot garnish with ginger julienne and coriander leaves.
