Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Yellow chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup Hung yogurt
  • 4 no Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala generic spice mix
  • 3 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 20 gms Fennel seed
  • 2 tsp Nigella seed
  • 1 tsp Fenugree seed
  • 1 tsp Black Mustard seed
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter salted for basting
  • 1 tsp Cooking salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut paneer tikka into square 60 gm each pieces
  • Take a bowl marinade the cottage cheese with salt, ginger garlic and lemon juice, and keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Dry roast mustard seed, cumin seed, nigella seed, fennel seed and fenugreek seed Grind in a mixer
  • And make a powder add lemon juice and mustard oil, mix well with black salt. Keep it aside.
  • Now marinade cottage cheese with yoghurt , spices paste leave it half and more
  • Now Put The cottage cheese Onto The Skewer And Roast In The
  • In a moderately hot tandoor or oven for approximately six minutes. Tandoor Or Oven.
  • Remove, sprinkle chat masala and molten butter on top.
  • Serve Hot With Onion Slices And Lemon Wedges.
