Ingredients
  

  • 3 no potatoes boiled
  • 1/2 Cup Gazar Small dices
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 2 no tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger julienne
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Pinch garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin whole
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Kastoori methi
  • For the garnishing
  • coriander leaves chop

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin When they crackle, Add ginger julienne and garlic paste cook for half minute. Add gazar and green peas add some water approx 100 ml cook for while then
  • Add chopped tomato Let the tomatoes cook on low flame for sometime till the tomatoes gets mushy.
  • Then add potato And all spices stir continues at slow heat till the spices mix well with the vegetables. Squeeze lemon juice roasted kastoori methi.
  • Serve Hot, garnish with coriander chopped and ginger julienne.
