Ingredients
  

  • 4 no potatoes boiled
  • 2 no Capsicum Triangle cut
  • 1 no tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger julienne
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Pinch garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin whole
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chop

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin When they crackle, Add ginger julienne and garlic paste cook for half minute.
  • Add chopped tomato Let the tomatoes cook on low flame for sometime till the tomatoes gets mushy. Add capsicum and potato add all spices stir continues at slow heat till the spices mix well with the vegetables. Squeeze lemon juice.
  • Serve Hot, garnish with coriander chopped and ginger julienne.
