Ingredients
  

  • 12 pcs Paneer clean and cut into bite-60 gm each size cubes
  • 1/4 cup Hung yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint and coriander paste
  • ¼ tbsp Fresh spinach paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Green chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Dried mango powder amchur
  • 2 no Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp for basting Butter
  • Lemon wedges to serve
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl marinade paneer pieces with salt, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, mint paste, coriander paste, spinach paste, hung yogurt, cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, lemon juice and mustard oil and mix well.
  • Keep it aside for three hours for marination now Put The paneer Onto The Skewer
  • now Roast In The in a moderately hot tandoor or oven for approximately seven minutes. Tandoor Or Oven.  When paneer Is Almost Done, Remove and hang the skewers to let extra moisture fell down apply butter sprinkle Chaat masala.
  • Serve Hot With Onion Slices And Lemon Wedges.
