Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, red chilies sauté for half minute.
Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste and continue to sauté for one to two minutes, stirring continuously. Add all spices. Stirring continuously add pureed tomato and stir. Cook till oil separates from the masala.
Add half cup of water. And milk cook covered on low heat for two to three minutes. Add paneer pieces.
sprinkle kasoori methi and mix in lightly. Remove from heat and mix in cream.
