Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom sauté for half a minute.
Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste continue to sauté then add mushroom fry for one minutes, stirring continuously. Add all spices. Stirring continuously add tomato chopped and tomato puree and stir.
Cook till oil separates from the masala. Add half cup of water. Add matar . Cook on low flame cook on a till the green peas and mushroom are fully cooked.
