Ingredients
  

  • 1 no fish surmai size cut into 2 inch pieces)
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp ajwain
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 4 no lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri Chili powder
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Marinated (mix) the fish fillets in a bowl, with all the ingredients except butter and coriander keep the marinate the fish tikka pieces for one hour.
  • Put the fish onto the skewer and roast in the tandoor. When fish is almost done, baste it with butter, roast again till done.

Notes

Squeeze lemon juice on fish tikka and sprinkle with coriander before served.
