Ingredients
  

  • For marination
  • 1 no lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • For salan
  • 500 gm fish surmai (cut into portion pieces)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder to taste
  • 3 tbsp brown onion paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 no lemon juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp kaju paste
  • ½ tsp kasoori methi
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Marinated (mix) the fish fillets in a bowl, with ginger and garlic paste lemon juice and curd little mustard oil
  • Put the fish onto the skewer and roast in the tandoor. When fish is almost done, baste it with butter, roast again till almost done.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for half minute add tomato puree, and all the spices, cook till oil leaves masala. Add salt
  • Water and kaju paste . Add cooked tandoori fish pieces. Add coconut milk kasoori methi and lemon juices simmer for 3 minutes garnish with coriander chopped.
