  • For Spices paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Grated
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger peeled
  • 8 no whole Kashmir Red chili
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns whole
  • For the Curry
  • 600 gms Seer Fish Surmai
  • 2 cup Onions Puree
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 to 15 no Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped for topping

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the fish pieces and Marinade with turmeric and little oil.keep it aside.
  • Grind Make it smooth paste Of spices ingredients
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan Add mustard seeds. Once the seeds start spluttering, add Onion puree cook till transculant then add tomato puree
  • And ground Spices paste and cook till oil separate from spices .Put the fish into the pan, and add salt 1 cup of water. Mix careful don't break the fish
  • Bring to a boil, and lower the heat to a simmer. Add curry leaves and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander chopped and coconut grated served hot with rice
