Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm cottage cheese paneer
  • 4 no tomato
  • 1 no onion
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 no green chilly hari mirch
  • 2 no black cardamom
  • 1 no bay leaf
  • 2 no clove
  • Pinch cardamom
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 3 tbs khoya
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut paneer in square pieces.
  • Grind onion tomato green chilly
  • Heat ghee or oil in a pan.
  • Add onion tomato paste.
  • Continue cooking it on medium flame till ghee/oil begins to separate.
  • Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add all spices till mas
  • Add cottage cheese (paneer) pieces with 1/2 cup of water
  • When the gravy thickens put off the flame.
  • Take off the fire and serve hot..
