Heat oil in pan. Add cinnamon, cloves and green cardamoms and sauté for half a minute put chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again for about one minutes.
Add all the masala powder except chaat masala cook till oil separates from the masala. Now add mutton fry till mutton turn into brown
then add sufficient amount of water and cook till almost tender then mutton mince and tomato gravy adjust seasoning. Cook for few minute .now gravy is medium thick in consistency.
At the end lemon juice, green chili, chaat masala mix well
served hot garnish with coriander leaves and ginger julienne
