Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm fish bone less fillet boiled
  • 1 no onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup very finely chopped coriander
  • 2 no green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste and ginger paste
  • 1 no egg
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsps chopped mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder To Taste
  • 3 Brown Onion Paste
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 no Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Kaju paste

Instructions
 

  • To make the koftas:
  • Make the fish mince using blender Transfer them into a bowl
  • Add egg, garlic, ginger, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, slice of bread, refined oil in fish mince mix well.
  • Mix well and mash to a paste, and then make small round balls from the paste.
  • Heat Butter In A Pan. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Cook For Half Minute Add Tomato Puree, And All The Spices, Cook Till Oil Leaves Masala. Add Salt
  • Water And Kaju Paste . Add Cooked kofta Pieces. Add Coconut Milk Powdered Kasoori Methi And Lemon Juices Simmer For 3 Minutes Garnish With Coriander Chopped.
  • Serve Hot with coriander leaves
