Instructions
To make the koftas:
Make the fish mince using blender Transfer them into a bowl
Add egg, garlic, ginger, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, slice of bread, refined oil in fish mince mix well.
Mix well and mash to a paste, and then make small round balls from the paste.
Heat Butter In A Pan. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Cook For Half Minute Add Tomato Puree, And All The Spices, Cook Till Oil Leaves Masala. Add Salt
Water And Kaju Paste . Add Cooked kofta Pieces. Add Coconut Milk Powdered Kasoori Methi And Lemon Juices Simmer For 3 Minutes Garnish With Coriander Chopped.
Serve Hot with coriander leaves
