Ingredients
  

  • 400 gms chicken pieces
  • 1 no onions dice
  • 1 capsicum julienne
  • 1 onion chop
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 gms ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander seed
  • 2 no whole red chili
  • 2 no clove
  • 1 no cinnamon stick
  • 1 no bayleaf
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1/2 garam masala
  • 3 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 150 gms ghee
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with salt, 1/2 red chili powder 1tsp ginger and garlic paste red chili powder keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil a pan add onion dice and capsicum cook till translucent strain keep it side.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, green cardamoms, and coriander seeds and sauté for half a minute, add chopped onions. Fry the onions till golden then add the ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add the chicken pieces continue to sauté for minutes, stirring continuously and add the tomato puree, the dry spicy , and keep stirring the mixture on low flame for a while fry well in the mixture till oil separates. Add water, bring to a boil, cover and cook till the chicken is fully done.

Notes

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
