Instructions
Paneer and capsicum cut into long strips.( julienne )
Heat the oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and red chili whole add onions and sauté till translucent. Add capsicum , ginger and garlic paste. Cook for 30 second
add tomato chopped and tomato puree and all spices and stir. Cook till oil separates from the masala .
Now add paneer cook for few minute
Notes
Garnish with coriander and ginger julienne.
