- 500 gm Mince
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 tsp fried garlic chopped
- ½ tsp green chili chopped
- ½ tsp chopped green coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder.
- 1 tsp oil.
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 no whole lemon
- Water
Squeeze mutton mince in a dry cloth to remove excess water
Mix all the above ingredients except oil and lemon. Mix and kneed well.
Take one portion of mince Spread the mince on to the skewers, using a wet hand. Press evenly to get kebabs of five to seven inches length.
Roast in a hot tandoor cook or oven a pre-heated oven 175c to 200c for 10 minutes.
Baste with oil and roast again till done
take out from skewer cut into the desire shape toss with lemon juice and chat masala
served hot with lemon onion rings and green chutney
