For kofta
In a mixing bowl add paneer, mash potatoes, chopped coriander, green chili, ginger & Salt & mix properly.
Make small dumplings (Koftas) out of mixture 30 gms each & keep it aside.
now Deep fry the paneer dumplings till golden in color. place on absorbent paper remove excess oil
Add these dumplings to the gravy before serving & garnish with chopped coriander.
For gravy
Heat Oil in a pan add whole masalas & Saute over medium heat until it crackles.
Add boiled onion paste & saute for 02 min.add ginger garlic paste & saute for 30 sec.
Add all spices cook till spices leaves oil . Now add water bring to a boil Now add fried onion paste, cashewnut paste and cream,
Bring to a boil, reduce to a medium heat, add garam masala, cardamon & mace powder
Now add dumplings to the gravy served hot & garnish with chopped coriander.
