Instructions
Take a bowl marinade the cottage cheese with salt, ginger garlic and lemon juice, and keep aside for 1 hour.

Cut achri paneer into small dices
Spread the achari paneer in the center of each chapatti.
Then add onion and capsicum dice on top of achari paneer and roll up tightly.
