For the chapatis

whole wheat flour

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan sauté ginger and garlic cook for while then add carrot, beans, potatos, salt & pepper add all spices and cheese
Mix well then add roasted gram flour to make the mixture into a dough.
Put portion of mixture on to skewers Like long sausage-like kebab while pressing on to a skewer. Apply some oil on your hands
Roast In The Tandoor Or Oven. When Minced Is Almost Done, Baste It With Oil, Roast Again Till Done.
For the chapatis
Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Roll it out each make it thin chapatti Cook lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.
How to arrange
Keep the Mutton seekh in the centre of each chapatti
Then add vinegar onion Julienne on top of Mutton Seekh and roll up tightly.
Cut into two pieces as a desired

Served with vinegar onion, mint chutney and Lemon slice
