Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Paneer Batton Cut
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil deep fry
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala

Instructions
 

  • Take gram flour in a mixing bowl, add garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well all the ingredients add little water step by step stir continue avoid lumps make a thick batter.
  • Marinated with salt, chili powder and Chaat masala on both the sides of paneer
  • Dip each piece of paneer into the batter and deep fry them till golden on medium flame
  • Take them out on a observant paper sprinkle of Chaat masala

Serve Hot Paneer Pakora with mint chutney
