Heat oil in a pan add cumin When they crackle, Add ginger julienne and garlic paste cook for half minute.
Add chopped tomato Let the tomatoes cook on low flame for sometime till the tomatoes gets mushy. Add capsicum and potato add all spices stir continues at slow heat till the spices mix well with the vegetables. Squeeze lemon juice.
