Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 Cup Idli Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Wash Urad
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash And Soak Rice, Washed Urad Dal In The Water For 5-6 Hours.
  • Finely Grind Make It Batter Add Salt And Leave It For Ferment
  • 3-4 Hours Rises To Almost Double The Size.
  • Grease The Idli Plates (Or You Can Use Muslin Cloth ) With Oil And Pour Idli Batter Into Idli
  • Steamer Cook Them For About 15- 20 Minutes Till They Rise And Cooked . Leave It For Rest For A Minute Or 2 Inside The Steamer. Then Use A Spoon To Take Them Out From The Idli Steamer.

Notes

Serve Hot With Sambhar And Coconut Chutney.
