Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Thick Poha
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Beans, Peas Carrot Boiled
  • 1 no Onions Chopped
  • 1 no Green Chilies Slant Cut
  • 3 no whole red chili 1×4
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10-15 no Curry Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 no Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak The Poha In Water For While. And Drain All The Water.
  • Heat Oil In Pan Add Mustard Seeds Curry Leaves And Fry Until They Crackle.
  • Then Add Chopped Onions, Green Chilies.
  • Cook Till Onion Turn Translucent Add All Spices And Vegetable Cook For While And Add Poha, Coriander Leaves And Stir.Keep It On Slow Flame Stir Continue For 2 -3 Minutes. And Then Add Lemon Juice.
  • Serve Hot
