Heat oil in a wok and add the ginger and garlic paste cook for while then add grated onion. Stir fry till little golden brown in color.
Then add tomato grated and all the spices Cook it till the masala leaves the oil side. Now add only the chole dry (with out water) and let it simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.
Finally add some chole boiling water liquid and further cook for 10 minutes.
When the chole get be thick add the garam masala and chopped green coriander.
Serve Hot garnish coriander leaves and ginger julienne
